The tray come as a one flat pack piece, the tray has a coating on it which allows you to cook with out the use of sprays.

The tray is great for portioning as the tray can be opened for portioning and then re-closed for storage.

The tray can be erected easily by hand and for larger volumes there is an automated erecting machine available.
